I have to say this was not as easy as it looks. I was wanting some aggressive explosive shots. I really like a few of these. This was the result of about an hour and a half of shooting.

.

Carola was great to work with as I had her about to pass out:) I am pretty sure we actually scared a few people! Sprinting on that curve was kinda crazy.

.

Fun stuff!

They are all great. The 5th one down could be a Nike "Just Do It" ad.

Ha , Denver just keeps surprising me. While 1-70 was closed this morning and the resorts were getting a heavy dose of snow....what were the city folk doing?  Many think we are in trench coats with grey gloomy skies:) Really??

.

My new friends will scold me for letting the secret out.... They say we have enough fun people here now.

.

Well my day just went to the dogs.

This is the boy who never grows up. Eager to awaken to another chance to dream, to play, to live.
.
It was very early when I first arrived and a brisk fall chill was in the air. I was riding my girl (BIKE) around this huge open space out towards Boulder. BTW my new bike is named BANA...
So Bana kinda has a free spirit and she was having such an amazing time. We found this really cool field with all this crazy tall grass and some dandelions.
.
It was now mid morning and the sun was shaking off the frost for the day and I just needed to give Bana a rest. She took me to a spot and we both just laid down and stared into the deep blue sky. The sun was kissing my skin with warmth as the ground was still cool. The more I stayed still and silent the more everything came to life. I could here animals around but I did not move:) Then  as the wind was bringing me dreams from others the dandelions started floating over me as if I was in a fairy tail.
.
I tried to capture the floating dreams as best possible if you look closely. Make sure you dream today!

Ok so this couple wants a print for the home. Do we pick the left one or the right?

Choices...whew!!

Cheri:

Right one. You can see the love between these two better in that one. Don't get me wrong, both are beautiful, but the right one says "love" to me. Amazing, amazing, amazing....

(10.22.10)
Brandi:

Breathtaking.
Not sure if I could pick!! I personally would would use the one on the left to hang in my house. Then put a 5 X 7 on my desk of the one on the right. I'm no help!!! They are both great shots!

I like the one on the left better. They are looking into each others eyes, appreciating each other... yet so small and young compared to the age and wisdom of the tree that they are next to! To me it reflects how young and exciting this love still is and how much growth there will have to be. The one on the right... well, she is trying too hard. If she was truly comfortable she would rest her head on his chest, close her eyes and kinda tilt her head downward... That's the natural pose in this position... She is trying to convince the audience of their love.... she shouldn't have to... And he looks like he is trying to get a glimpse at his watch to see if the shoot is over yet ;)
The right shot is a great idea, but not executed as nicely as the one on the left..... A little repositioning and I would love it as well! :)

Dave:

Nice comment, the bride likes the left. I agree the right is close but lacks the message we were wanting.

To anonymous: I would choose the right ... Is seems like she's trying too hard - but she is not! She giving into the embrace... The moment of feeling his strength - it's captured in the beauty of photographic artistry! Go with the image on the right. You.

This was the choices of favs that were selected by the client. Several will be chosen for promo and print media. Typicaly I go for 3-5 printable images in a session. It really depends of the art director and the project needs.
