An amazing family day in Denver. I am loving the family unit here more and more. I have never seen a city with so many happy and positive people. It was so much fun that the crowd did not use the massive event to be in a drunken state of mind and going topless for attention. Yes drinking was fun and we are proud to do so. In fact we challange anyone to come and try to keep up:) Be careful because you might have to get up early and train at Red Rocks!

This place is amazing, it literally has a soul of its own. Hopefully the Jackson building will have a similar character without so much start-up investment needed.
(01.27.11)I like both places for different reasons. It will all come down to the price and the needed investment to make them work. Like the fact the the older building has "soul" a lot. I also think that the newer warehouse has lots to offer in regards of "being ready to go".

Definitely doesn't have the charm of the Brighton Blvd building, but really has a lot of its own merits. It is a blank canvas inside that you could quickly put your own character stamp on.
